Cancellation Policy

Standard in-stock jewellery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund to the original payment method.

To cancel within the 24-hour window, go to My Account → Orders → Cancel Order, or contact our concierge immediately at info@jewelmanas.com with your Order ID.

Once 24 hours have elapsed or order processing and dispatch packaging have begun, cancellation is no longer possible. You may use our 14-day return process upon delivery.

The following categories of orders cannot be cancelled once placed:

• Custom-made or bespoke jewellery orders (including custom engravings, personalized ring sizes, or non-standard diamond settings) once metal casting or stone setting has commenced.

• B2B wholesale purchase orders placed between verified retailers and vendors, once vendor production has been accepted.

• Orders marked as "Dispatched" in our logistics tracking system.

Jewel Manas reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Technical pricing calculation errors or incorrect metal spot rate synchronizations.

• Unavailability of certified diamonds matching the specified grading parameters.

• Incomplete KYC verification for high-value B2B orders.

• Suspected fraudulent transactions identified by our payment gateway (Cashfree).

• In case of platform-initiated cancellation, a 100% full refund is issued automatically within 48 hours.

Refunds for eligible cancelled orders are processed automatically via our Cashfree payment gateway integration.

Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund will reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your issuing bank.

UPI / Net Banking payments: Refund typically credited within 24–48 hours.

You will receive an email confirmation and SMS notification with the Cashfree refund reference ID as soon as the refund is initiated.
