Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as a B2C customer, registered vendor, registered retailer, or visitor) and Jewel Manas ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or transacting on the Jewel Manas website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform.

To register as a B2C customer, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

To register as a Vendor or Retailer, your business entity must be a legally registered Indian company, partnership firm, LLP, or sole proprietorship with a valid GSTIN and PAN. All KYC documents submitted must be genuine and current.

Jewel Manas operates as a technology, payment, and logistics marketplace connecting Vendors (manufacturers), Retailers (showrooms), and B2C Customers.

Jewel Manas does not manufacture jewellery directly. Each vendor and retailer is solely responsible for the authenticity, physical specifications, and hallmarking of their listings. Jewel Manas provides an independent certification verification layer prior to shipment.

Vendors are required to list accurate metal purities (BIS Hallmark), diamond weights, colour/clarity grades (GIA, IGI, or SGL), and accurate product weights.

Jewel Manas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any product listing or vendor account if weight discrepancies, fake certifications, or misleading descriptions are identified during verification.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Product prices are computed dynamically based on live metal spot rates maintained on the platform. The price confirmed at checkout is final and locked for that specific transaction.

Payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (Cashfree). Jewel Manas does not store credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.

Vendors agree to platform commission rates specified in their vendor agreement or commission master.

Commissions are deducted automatically from the gross order value upon delivery confirmation prior to Cashfree bank payout.

Vendors are responsible for paying all applicable GST on their sales and filing required GST returns in compliance with Indian law.

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Custom or bespoke orders (including custom sizes, engravings, or non-standard diamond settings) cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.

Jewel Manas reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing calculation errors, suspected fraud, or failed KYC verification.

All content on the Platform — logos, UI designs, brand marks, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of Jewel Manas or its licensors.

Vendors grant Jewel Manas a non-exclusive license to use product images, titles, and descriptions for platform display and marketing purposes.

Jewel Manas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, delayed courier deliveries, or transit issues beyond reasonable control.

In all events, our aggregate liability is strictly limited to the order value paid by the customer for the specific transaction in dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from platform use, order transactions, or vendor agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
