Free Express Delivery Pan-India
Complimentary express shipping on all orders delivered across India, with no minimum purchase requirement. Standard orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days; custom orders within 15–20 working days.

Signature & ID Verification Required
An adult signature (18+) and government-issued photo ID verification are mandatory for delivery. This guarantees the package is handed only to the intended recipient, with zero exceptions.
1. Dispatch Lead Times
Standard stock items typically dispatch from our central verification warehouse within 3-5 business days. Bespoke customized ornaments (including custom ring resizing or diamond-clarity settings) require individual casting and handcrafting by our artisans, which takes 10-15 business days. Dispatch schedules are updated live on your order status dashboard.
2. Hand-to-Hand Signature Delivery
For security reasons, all Jewel Manas packages require a signature from an adult (18+) and verification of government-issued photo ID by the secure delivery agent. Courier personnel are strictly instructed not to leave boxes in drop boxes, mailbox centers, or with neighbors without explicit OTP-based verification.
3. Pan-India Delivery Pincodes
We deliver across 19,000+ pin codes in India, including Tier 1 metropolitan areas, Tier 2 regional commercial centers, and major district hubs. For select remote destinations where specialized armored couriers do not have direct hubs, delivery timelines may be extended by 2-3 business days.
4. Damaged or Tampered Packaging
If your parcel arrives with a broken outer security seal, visible punctures, or shows any evidence of tampering, refuse delivery immediately and document photos of the box. Contact our concierge desk at info@jewelmanas.com with your order ID. A fresh replacement order will be dispatched promptly upon confirmation.
